Return & Refund Policy
I hope you and your cat love your Wooly Cat Caves purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
How To Request A Return
Please contact me at daniela@woolycatcaves.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and clean
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit
As each item is handcrafted from natural wool, slight variations in shape, size, texture, and color are part of the artisanal nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any import fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
I recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, I will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
