Handmade To Order
Every Wooly Cat Cave is individually handcrafted in Italy after your order is placed. Production times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the selected model, size, and wool color availability.
If a specific wool color needs to be specially sourced, production may take a little longer. Should this happen, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimated completion date.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information
All orders are shipped from Italy using tracked courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details. A signature may be required upon delivery for some international destinations.

Your cat cave is carefully packaged in a sturdy box to preserve its shape during transit. The cave arrives ready to use; only the tail may be gently folded for shipping purposes
